A midwest, craft-loving, candid lover
For as long as I can remember, I have always been obsessed with capturing moments. I'm that friend you can count on to snap a picture of our kids during play dates, to take a quick selfie during girls night, or film any fun moment that pops up. Why? Because pictures capture so much more than just a moment. They capture feelings, memories, love, & so much more. Of course it is VERY important to live in the moment. But sometimes that quick selfie or that candid shot, can mean the absolute world to someone.
Why hire a family photographer?
time is such a precious giftI cannot even begin to tell you how many times I hear "I wish photography was a thing back in my day" or "I barely even have any family photographs, just pictures of the kids."
This time with our babies is SO valuable. Someone said to me recently that you will know your kids more as adults than as children, which is a very obvious statement yes.. but when you tell that to a Mom of young children- tears just fill her eyes. AKA ME. Time moves WAY too fast. Documenting these precious moments is so important.
